Mint Chutney Recipe – Pudine Ki Chatni

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 5 walnuts (shelled)
  • 10 almonds
  • 10 pistachios
  • 2 handfuls coriander leaves
  • 1 thIsp pomegranate seeds.
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and lime-juice to suit the taste

Method :

Grind all the above ingredients to a very smooth paste, without adding water. This chutney can be eaten immediately.
