Ingredients of Shehanshai Raan Roast:

  • Raan 1
  • Papaya paste 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Lahori salt to taste

Method of Raan Roast:

Ingredients :

  • 2 cup pineapple
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tbsp juice of a lemon
  • 1 pinch yellow food color

Method:

In a pan, add sugar and water together and cook until sugar dissolves.
When sugar has properly dissolved add pineapples, juice of lemon and yellow food color In it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it reaches its boiling point. Then turn off the stove.

Now blend in a grinder and pour into a bottle to store.

Use when required.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 5 walnuts (shelled)
  • 10 almonds
  • 10 pistachios
  • 2 handfuls coriander leaves
  • 1 thIsp pomegranate seeds.
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and lime-juice to suit the taste

Method :

Grind all the above ingredients to a very smooth paste, without adding water. This chutney can be eaten immediately.

Ingredients :

  • Sandwich bread 10-15
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Method :

Take some oil in the pan and add in ½ kg mince, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tb sp red chili flakes, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp all spice powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt.

Sauté everything together and add in green coriander and 2 tbsp chopped green chilies.

Mix everything and leave the batter to cool at room temperature.

Roll and flatten 10-15 bread slices.

Put the prepared mince mixture on it and close the edges with 2 eggs.

Heat some oil in the pan and deep fry the prepared bread samosas.

Serve it hot with chutney or ketchup.

Ingredients :

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Kiwi fruit
  • 5 strawberries
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cans x 397g NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsp. NESTLÉ Cream

Method :

Peel the fruits if necessary.

Place the fruits, ice cream, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and NESTLÉ Cream in a food processor or blender and mix until thick and smooth.

Pour into a glass and serve.

Ingredients :

  • Apples 2
  • Pear 2
  • Oranges 2
  • Pomegranate seeds 3/4 cup
  • White grapes seedless 1 cup
  • Red grapes seedless 1 cup
  • Mango 1 big
  • Bananas 3
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Chilli powder 3/4 level
  • Chat masala 2 tsp
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Juice of 2 oranges

Method :

Cut apples and pears in medium chunks.

Peel oranges and cut each segments into half ,cut grapes into as well.

Peel mango and cut in small cubes peel bananas into small pieces.

Put all fruits in a large bowl, sprinkle salt, sugar, chilli powder, chat masala.

Pour lemon and orange juice and mix well.

Serve chill.
